Dialogic takes Cantata in acquisition
Vendor Dialogic announced that it has acquired EAS Group, which owns several telecom-related firms, most notably Cantata Technology, Excel Switching Corp and Brooktrout Technology. This deal should boost Dialogic into a stronger competitive position in the areas of IP signaling, media servers and enterprise.
