As part of a co-branding, joint effort with BabbleTone, VoIP.com has launched its first retail sales effort in South Florida. A custom-built kiosk opens up a new channel for the VoIP provider and adds the human element to the sales equation. In addition to touting VoIP’s many benefits, the kiosk also enables shoppers to make VoIP calls right then and there. Having staff at kiosks furthers the companies’ desire to educate consumers about VoIP.
