Google Talk to make PC-to-Phone calls with Talqer
Vozin Communications has launched a software add-on called Talqer that allows Google Talk users to “Google Talk Out” using VoIP to make PC-to-phone calls. Talqer offers calls to 22 countries at 1.5¢ per minute and claims that the prices are up to 33 percent cheaper than SkypeOut.
