The offers are getting scarce so you must look for them, but they are still available as we write this article (April 18, 2005) - examine Stanaphone, GloPhone and others to see what free Internet phone calls are available now. Otherwise shop for the lowest per-minute rate available from a provider that has the features you want and the sound clarity you need. At 2 cents a minute for a video phone over broadband you still can’t beat the price if the software is free.
